Cartoon Network Backlot Party is an upcoming video game for Nintendo 3DS and Wii, based on various Cartoon Network series. Shows such as The Amazing World of Gumball, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Regular Show, Adventure Time, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, The Powerpuff Girls, Cow and Chicken, and Dexter’s Laboratory will be represented in the game. The game release is reportedly scheduled for 2015.
Gameplay
Seven game modes have been confirmed for playability: Dodgeball, Sneak-A-Catch, Shoot to Win, Backyard Chase, Go Jump-Ed, Girl Trouble, and Muriel’s in Peril.

History
The game was first alluded to in an ambiguous announcement by Little Orbit on March 26, 2014, stating that two new Cartoon Network games were in development. One is based on Adventure Time and the other is a "multi-property" game, originally scheduled for late 2014. On October 1, the game's name and premise were announced in full, along with information as to the developing studio, TV shows to be represented, total number of playable characters, and designated console for release.
Development
Cartoon Network: Backlot Party is being developed by Game Machine Studios and published by Little Orbit studios.
