The Green Fish is a minor character in Courage the Cowardly Dog. It appeared in the episode Perfect. He likes Courage and he's enemies with the Perfectionist.
Background
While brushing his teeth, Courage hears a voice in the shower. He notices a fish floating in the bathtub, who says to him: "There's no such thing as perfect. You're beautiful as you are, Courage. With all your imperfections, you can do anything." After The Perfectionist Teacher melts, Courage, Muriel and Eustace are seen eating dinner, and the fish (who is cooked) puts his thumb up and laughs.
