Mother Vulture is a character who appears in the episode Watch the Birdies. She is a large vulture who is supervising her three young chicks.

Mother Vulture captures Muriel so she can have someone to watch her offspring while she goes out looking for a man. Courage in a frightened frenzy tells Eustace about the situation, but Eustace ignores him. So he climbs the giant tree and reaches the nest with the mother vulture, her three offspring and Muriel. If Muriel doesn't keep watch, the vulture will eat her alive and she told Courage to watch her offspring with Muriel. After dealing with a snake who was trying to eat the babies, the mother vulture returned with Eustace who she had mistaken for a male bird due to him being smothered in honey and bird feathers.
