She is the wife of Jean Bon. Mrs. Bon works at their diner with her husband. Courage and Eustace eat at the diner in the episode Heads of Beef and it is believed by Courage that customers are ground up into meat and eaten by the wife of Jean Bon. This turns out to be Courage's imagination as Jean Bon's wife only makes sculptures of people in the meat. she appears in several other episodes, although generally not as an important character.
